We have a very high amount of print volume and ONLY contact customers that have requested pickup or local delivery options. 


If your order status says shipped and you have not been contacted by your local pickup location by 3pm (Monday - Friday), contact customer support.


If you selected UPS or AIRPORT for your shipping option, you can find your tracking number by logging into your profile and viewing your order history.
